To mark the Northumberland County Centenary Celebrations, the Group took part in the Lookwide Walk from Fourstones to Humshaugh, close to Chesters Roman Fort on Hadrian's Wall.
Humshaugh is the home of the first ever official Scout Camp, not Brownsea Island, as is often thought. Brownsea was an 'experimental' camp comprising of boys from different backgrounds, both upper and lower class.
The walk starts and ends at the Pub car park in Fourstones, couldn't think of a better place if you tried.
